Share your artwork (CDR, AI, EPS, or PDF). Our digitisers convert it to embroidery file format (.DST). We produce a digital proof and physical sample for approval before bulk production.

Up to 15 thread colours in a single badge. For more complex multi-colour designs, we can split into sections. Thread is Pantone TPX matched from our inventory of 500+ shades.

Merrowed edge (classic rolled border), heat-cut (clean flat edge following the badge shape), laser-cut (ultra-precise custom shapes), and woven edge (integrated clean border).

Iron-on (heat-activated adhesive), plain sew-on, velcro loop backing (hook sold separately), and self-adhesive peel-and-stick for temporary applications.

Polyester twill (most common — excellent for fine detail), felt (soft, thick, vintage aesthetic), organza (transparent, ethereal look), and denim twill for rugged applications.

50 pieces per design — one of the lowest MOQs in the industry. Ideal for limited edition fashion drops, school batches, and corporate events.

True photographic embroidery is limited by thread grain size. We use high-density satin stitch and colour blending to approximate gradients. For photographic quality, we recommend woven labels or heat transfer alternatives.

Yes — flat embroidery for structured caps and 3D puff embroidery for raised logo effects on caps. Puff embroidery uses foam underlay to create a bold dimensional look.

Our embroidered badges are rated for 50+ industrial washes. Rayon thread offers superior sheen; polyester thread is preferred for high-wash applications like workwear and sportswear.

Yes — all digitising is done by our in-house team using Wilcom EmbroideryStudio software. No outsourcing, no delays. Digitising fee is waived on orders above 200 pieces.
