Yes — our precision moulds can replicate fine line detail down to 0.3mm. Complex logos, wordmarks, and graphic elements all deboss cleanly in TPU.

Similar applications but different materials. TPU is more flexible, eco-friendlier, and phthalate-free. PVC is harder and lower cost. We recommend TPU for premium brands and eco-compliance requirements.

Sew-on (perforated edge), heat bonding (TPU is self-adhesive under heat), or mechanical fixings (rivets, studs). We design the attachment method to your application.

Yes — metallic gold, silver, bronze, and chrome-effect TPU labels are available through pigment mixing and foil-inlay techniques.

Yes — our UV-stabilised TPU formulation resists fading and yellowing for outdoor and technical apparel applications. Salt spray and chlorine resistance also available.

Mould creation takes 10–14 days for the first order. Repeat orders from existing moulds: 7–10 days. Rush production available.

Our TPU labels are phthalate-free and REACH-compliant. Bio-based TPU (30–60% bio content) is available for brands with sustainability commitments.

Yes — multi-level debossing allows combined raised text, sunken backgrounds, and textured surfaces in a single label design.

300 pieces per design including mould cost. For existing standard moulds, MOQ is 100 pieces. Mould cost is a one-time investment and waived on repeat orders.
